Pursuant to Lincoln City Ordinance 2024-02, all short-term rental properties are now required to undergo an inspection by North Lincoln Fire and Rescue in order to renew their license. 

Short-Term Rental Inspection: ($100): This fee covers an initial inspection and one reinspection.
