Commercial review 10,000 square feet or less ($200): These fees will cover apparatus access and water supply plan review, building finals, certificate of occupancy inspections, pre-application meetings, and acceptance testing. Please be sure to include your permit number.

Commercial review over 10,000 square feet ($400): These fees will cover apparatus access and water supply plan review, building finals, certificate of occupancy inspections, pre-application meetings, and acceptance testing. Please be sure to include your permit number.

Development review ($400): These fees will cover apparatus access and water supply plan review. Please be sure to include your permit number.
